...lovely shopping month for January.
...enjoyable CNY for the whole February.
...lovely family trip to Singapore.

Pleasure Saturday
Recently, I wasn't free to get my chance to write blog...
Because of the stresses coming from the assignments, presentations and tests.
Well! You can say that it's an excuse for me to be lazy.
Anyhow, I gonna admit it as well. *giggles*
Today wasn't different with the others.
Groceries day! Time to shop with my dad!
Went out after my lunch.
Wasn't a good timing as those "Hungry Monsters" hunting for foods.
Luckily, there are enough parking at Jusco.
Quickly grabbed some foods and drinks,
and then ran as fast as we could to leave the supermarket.
No! We are not stealing. No worries!
We are just trying to leave the mall as fast as we can.
It was too pack. Don't want to be knocked down by those monsters.
After shopping, i went straight away to my short and tiny sofa.
Spending my whole evening to sleep.
Finally, woke up at 8pm.
And I'm full recharged.
I switched on my TV.
Watched the crazy Hong Kong movie which is showing that time.
Then, next show is Michael Jackson 30th celebration. (if i'm not wrong!)
Ohh! MJ, u melted me so much so much! *winks*
One of the singer of the day is Beyonce and others.
All of them are my favourite singers.
Oh my.. I'm gonna collect it!
I want it desperately! Lol... XD
Anyway.. That's how I spent my Saturday!
Gosh! I'm regreting now!
I wasted my pleasure Saturday! ohh...

Calories Burner
Recently, I found myself putting on weight.
Trying very hard to reduce it.
Hopefully can get back to my old body weight soon.
Anyway, thanks to my dad who have sent me this.

Foods That Burn Calories!

Eat Foods High in Fiber
Celery and cabbage have long been touted as "calorie burning" foods, simply because the energy used to digest these foods is greater than the energy, or calories, ingested by eating the foods. An added benefit of these foods is that they are fibrous and filling, which means you will feel satisfied faster and on many fewer calories that other food choices. Keep in mind, however, that you don't want your caloric intake to be too low to cause a drop in metabolism. When your metabolism drops, you will retain more weight as the body responds to what it thinks is a period of malnutrition.
Vitamin C is also believed to be a calorie burner and a weight loss booster. Foods that are high in Vitamin C and also high in fiber and low in calories include oranges, tangerines (fresh, not canned), grapefruit (which are 90 percent water!), limes and lemons.
Eat Low-Fat Dairy Products
Recent studies have been pointing to the fact that dieters who eat at least two to three servings of low-fat dairy products a day, like cottage cheese and yogurt, lose weight faster, keep it off longer, and lose more weight in the belly area than dieters who don't include dairy products in their diets.
Easy lunch additions include single-serving sizes of low-fat string cheese, individually wrapped low-fat cheese wedges, milk cartons (not just for elementary school cafeterias anymore) and even fat-free sour cream in place of other condiments.
Choose Foods Rich in B12
Eggs, milk, low-fat cheese and cereals that have been vitamin-enriched are all good sources of vitamin B12. Some sources state that B12 increases the body's fat-burning ability. Every gram of fat equals 9 calories, so when you burn fat, you burn calories, too. Vitamin B12 is also known to fight fatigue and speed up the metabolism, which are benefits that can give a boost to any dieter.

Home Alone
From the last friday until yesterday...
I was home alone. *sighs*
No one seems to be free to come over and accompany me.
So, I was also lazy to contact or calling anyone to come over.
Sad Friday News
14/August/2009 (Fri)
Today, after class, my groupmates came to my house to discuss about the report and assignment.
While waiting all the members to arrive, we ate the ice-cream that SJ and SH brought.
Around 2pm, CS arrived.
So, started our first discussion which was the fluid 2 lab report.
During the discussion, CS's phone suddenly rang.
The call has made a normal friday turned into a sorrowful friday for him.
After CS explained, we noticed that his uncle had only left 2 days life.
His uncle had the H1N1 thingy. We felt sad for him.
All of us reminded silent while looking at him.
He said his is okay.
But from the look of his, I could definitely tell that he was very sad.
The Sims 3 day

Today besides studying...
I spend my day playing The Sims 3.
I'm not using my laptop to play because my laptop graphic card is not able to support the graphic. *sighs*
The Sims 3 is better than Sims 2/1.
Because this time... the characters that I can follow the characters to go wherever they go.
It's so cool!!!! *laugh loudly*
But there is something that I don't like in the Sims 3.
I cannot type the cheat "maxmotives".
It is a cheat to allow the characters need not to sleep, eat, bath or even go to toilet.
所谓:“美中不足!” *sighs*
I was home alone. *sighs*

I was too stress until I cant sleep well.
Study after class until late night.
I even give up my favourite facebook.
Not time to touch my computer. *sighs*

I woke up early in the morning.
Don't know why my head is heavy like the an elephant. *giggles*
Lmao.. That's just an example to show you all how heavy is my head.
Straight away.. I went to bath and had a cup of tea.
After that, I felt better. *where's my elephant? giggles*
Finished drinking my tea, I prepared and off I went down to meet my friends.
Together we went to school by taxi.
When we reached our lecture class,
the class was almost packed by those who were having the same exam with me.
Quickly, without making anymore unnecessarily thinking... *runing*
We faster ran into the class and managed to grab 2 pretty rows of seat.
The exam started right after our lecture, Dr. Low came in. *stress out*
Luckily the test wasn't as hard as I thought. *winks*

I woke up at 1o.20am for my class at 11am.
Gosh! Now everyone know I'm a pig! *sighs*
I used to wake up early.
But don't want why this morning...
My coo coo clock seems like going on strike.
May be I torture him too much!
Make him wake as early as me. *giggles*

I reached school at 11.30am.
Left 30 mins for the class to dismiss.
Lol... What a bad girl am I?!
I'm sorry, Mrs. Lam!
Luckily... I'm having a joyful afternoon!

My dearest beloved MCD! *woohoo*
Mc Donald! I'm loving it!

Sitting inside the silver saga..
This time.. it's not my tiny little saga!

After 10 mins torture waiting, finally got myself a cushion seat.
Hmm... eating my big mac meal... I'm in heaven! I can fly!

Exam coming this thursday...
